Studio Policy
Each month a very limited amount of sessions are available to the public to ensure we can create timeless pieces of art for clients around the world. Once your session is booked, we reserve the entire studio & staff for you for 2 hours.
Reservation
All bookings are final.
The $199 reservation is 100% returned to you on the day of your appointment in the form of a credit towards any purchase. The retainer is not refundable for permanently cancelled appointments.
Cancellations/Reschedules
Sessions canceled/rescheduled will incur an additional cancelation/reschedule fee that will automatically be charged to the card on file.
$100 within 30 days of your Session, $250 within 14 days of your Session, $500 within 72 hours or no call/no show the day of your session.
Please at the scheduled time of your appointment. Sometimes sessions are scheduled back-to-back, and to avoid a rushed session, or having to reschedule altogether, it is imperative that you arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
Limited Liability and Indemnity
Client agrees that studio and staff are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury while on premise of the session. This includes hair and makeup application, destruction of personal property not limited to but including personal belongings, attire, physical body, or vehicle.
The photographer is a professional and shoots in a professional manner. Client agrees that he/she will in no way hold the photographer responsible or liable for injuries.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Orders can not be changed or reduced once the order is placed. Due to the custom nature of the artwork, all sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned.
